I love to seek out fitness challenges in life. From my younger days of earning my black belt in Taekwondo, to becoming a CrossFit coach, completing a 50k, and most recently my first full Ironman. If it is mentally and or physically challenging, I'm usually game to try.
What motivated me to become a coach is to allow me to help anybody that wants to help themselves. Whether your goal is weight loss, better mobility, moving better through daily life, or becoming an Ironman, I'll do everything I can to help you achieve your goal.
