I started CrossFit in September of 2011. My story is similar to many others in that I knew about CrossFit but would not try it for many years. I was overweight and unhealthy, to say the least. After years of my husband trying to convince me to give it a shot, I finally agreed. A grueling beach workout later, I was sold. There were a lot of tears those first few months but after a year of CrossFit, a weight loss of 65lbs, and the knowledge that I could now chase my children around, I knew my life was changed. In 2014, I decided I wanted to help others attain that feeling and guide them in taking those steps to change their own life. I’ve been coaching athletes from all over the world since 2014.
My purpose for coaching is to help others help themselves. Give them the tools and guidance to change their lives through fitness. To help them they are capable of much more than they believe.
