Fire Up The Grill For The 4th
The 4th of July is known for a few things: 1) Fireworks, 2) Charred meat! Check out this post on Serious Eats: 16 Crowd-Pleasing Recipes for Your Independence Day Grill. Those fish sauce chicken wings looks amazing (top right corner of the photo below).
Now, you’ll notice that several of the items listed aren’t “Paleo”. While we don’t necessarily recommend that you go off the deep end this holiday weekend, we also don’t recommend you be “That Paleo guy/gal” this weekend. You recall the post we shared from Diane Sanfilippo last week: Paleo Perfectionism. Enjoy the holiday and know that you can always get back on the wagon on Monday the 6th.

25 Jun 2015"Ace & Gary" 26 min AMRAP in Teams of 2 400m Run Max rep kettlebell snatches (53/35 lbs.) 400m Row Max rep deadlifts (135/95 lbs.) 400m Run Max rep stone to shoulder (50/30 lbs.) 400m Row Max rep burpees For this workout, partner 1 will start by running 400m. Partner 2 will perform as many kettlebell snatches as possible. When partner 1 returns, partner 2 will run and partner 1 will perform kettlebell snatches. Continue in this manner for all 4 sets of movements or until 26 minutes has elapsed. If you finish the 4th set of movements and time remains, begin again with running and snatches.
