Setting a Nutrition Resolution?
I know that a couple of weeks ago I told you that I am not a big fan of resolutions. Rather, I would prefer you set goals. But let’s face it, the New Year is upon us and we will be asked countless times “What’s your resolution?” Many of you will say something along the lines of “Improving my diet.” The biggest problem with these resolutions is that they are often made in the spur of the moment without much forethought or planning. So, here’s your chance to start planning. Not sure where to start? Check out this recent blog post from Sarah Fragoso of Everyday Paleo. It has a little bit of everything: links to helping you stick to your resolution, paleo must-have lists for the pantry and fridge, tips for planning your paleo week, advice on how to pack a paleo lunch for your kids, as well as a recipe for a killer looking soup.
