Kitsap CrossFit is hosting a CrossFit Endurance Certification Saturday, August 28 and Sunday August 29.
Spend two full days with the CrossFit Endurance staff learning, studying, and applying the principles of CrossFit Endurance. The CrossFit Endurance Certification is an introduction to CrossFit Endurance and other factors which impact performance. During the certification attendees will learn how CrossFit Endurance works for endurance athletes and CrossFit athletes. Attendees will learn proper run mechanics. This will include video taping and drills.
Attendees will learn more about CrossFit Endurance training & programming, nutrition, recovery, injury prevention & care. This certification will be presented by members of the CrossFit Endurance staff. Please wear clothing you can work out in, running shoes, and bring a wrist watch with a stop watch function.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge of competing in and coaching endurance events. Registration is open to CrossFit athletes, CrossFit coaches as well as any athlete or coach interested in learning this training methodology. You asked for it, so here it is…
Our daytime class schedule is expanding again. You can now get your heart pounding even earlier! We are happy to add a 6:00 a.m. class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Remember that we have 2 showers, so you can get cleaned up and head straight to work after your WOD.
We will continue our 10:00 a.m. class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as well.

We now have both men’s and women’s t-shirts available for purchase. Both are available in heather grey or clean denim. The Kitsap CrossFit logo is on the front and the back says “STONGER THAN YESTERDAY”.
We still have Paleo Kits and Paleo Snax for a quick, portable and healthy snack.
By now, most of you are experiencing some issues with rips and tears on your hands. We have prep razors for preventation and maintenance as well as tape for protection.

We have received our first shipment of healthy treats for your dining pleasure. We have two choices available: Paleo Kits and Paleo Snax. Both are made with the highest quality ingedients to include grass-fed beef jerky, dried fruit and assorted nuts.
These make for a great snack or, in a pinch a quick healthy meal.

We now have Kitsap CrossFit T-shirts. Due to a minor SNAFU/miscommunication we only received men’s shirts. Ladies, your shirts are on the way and should be in very shortly. The t-shirts are lightweight and very comfortable. Both the men’s and women’s shirts will be available in 2 colors. The color in the picture below is Heathered Steel. The other avilable color is Clean Denim. Printed on the back of the shirt is “Stronger Than Yesterday”.
