Nutrition Challenge Meal Planning: Pastel de Papa
First of all, we want to send out a huge thank you to everybody that attended the Nutrition Seminar yesterday. We had 40 people show up on what I consider to be fairly short notice. There were tons of great questions, I hope we did an adequate job of answering them.
One of the best ways to get through a Challenge is to think like a Boy Scout and “Always Be Prepared.” This will help you with a Challenge, but it’s also a great idea outside of a challenge to help you make better decisions. This recipe that was posted on the CrossFit.com website a few days ago is a great way to plan ahead.
