Winter Nutrition Seminar & Challenge
Now that the holidays are nearly past us it’s time to refocus. It’s quite common to let things “slide” a little during the holiday season. It’s nothing to beat yourself up about, just something you may need to nip in the bud. This Sunday, January 5th we’ll give you the tools to begin this process.
The most important thing you can do to get back on track is to dial in your nutrition. There is a reason that Coach Greg Glassman, founder of CrossFit, put nutrition at the base of his Theoretical Hierarchy of the Development of an Athlete. No matter how hard you try, you can out-train a bad diet.
This Sunday we will present a Nutrition Seminar to help you gain an understanding on how food affects you and to give you some strategies to start reigning it in. Once you have been armed with this knowledge and had some time to digest it (ha ha, pun intended) we will then jump into a 60-day Winter Nutrition Challenge starting on January 13th.
For now, we encourage you to enjoy yourself through New Years and then get ready to ratchet it down a bit for 2014.
