In this workout, one team member will begin by running 400m with a 45#/25# bumper plate. The other team member will begin working through the AMRAP movements. When the running team member completes the 400m the partners will switch. The runner will then pick up where the other person left off. Post number of completed rounds and reps to comments.
Zapping Your Recovery?
They key to getting stronger/faster/fitter isn’t so much in the work you put in, but it is in the recovery from the work you put in. Your body actually gets stronger during recovery not during work. If you are not optimizing your recovery you are essentially doing all that hard work for naught.
