  • Unrelated to the WOD, but a COMPLETE testiment to Crossfit… Today I decided to start running again after being out of my routine since November or so. I’ve only ever been able to do a 5k, but today I ran 5 miles and it blew my mind! I always used to joke that I had a “4 mile limit”, but now that limit is no more. I’m drinking up this Crossfit Kool-Aid and it tastes SO good :)

  • I think Someone Accidentally Grabbed My Sweatshirt After The 8Am Class Today. Its A Grey KCF Size Medium. There Is A Tube Of Chapstick In The Right Pocket.
