50 cal Row
40 Walking lunges
30 Dumbbell push press (35#/25#)
20 Toes to bar
10 Strict handstand push-ups

Working Up To The Strict HSPU

As we start building toward new goals for 2013, I know that many of you have a goal of getting handstand push-ups. Check out this video, courtesy of CrossFit.com, on a progression for the HSPU.

If getting an HSPU is your goal, are you working toward it? How often do we do handstand push-ups in the box? If you increase your exposure by working on them just 1 or 2 additional times per week, don’t you think your likelihood of accomplishing your goal will increase? The same holds true for any movement, for that matter. Watch the video and then start formulating a plan for accomplishing your goal.
