WOD:

5 Rounds for time
21 Kettlebell swings (53#/35#)
15 Burpees
9 Box jumps (30″/24″)

Power Hour:
Bench Press
1-1-1-1

Then:
3 Rounds for time
10 Hang power snatch (135#/95#)
50 Double unders

  • Home WOD tonight, 12 hour work day killed any chance of making it to the box. 13:46rx on the first WOD w/ a 32in rock wall jump. Power hour didn’t have a bench or bar so subbed 50 hand release pushups w/50lb weight vest for the bench press and 20kg kettlebell snatch, 5 on each arm, for the power snatch. 7:32 on the second WOD.
