Then:
“DT”
5 Rounds for time
12 Deadlifts (155/105)
9 Hang power cleans
6 Push jerks

Compare to 5/24/11 and post max load and time to comments.

  • Thanks for the encouragement 9 am friends. I wasn’t planning on doing “DT” this morning because I was pretty fatigued already, and I really don’t like to half-ass a hero WOD. Even though I had to drop weight I tried my best.
