		<description>This WOD was Grrrrrrreat!!! I did it in my backyard with the tunes bumpin and my dog chasing me around the yard....Lots of fun;0!!! Then about 3 hrs later my whole body was staring to feel the wrath of Bumper Plate Fiasco..ha ha ha!!</description>
