WOD:
3-Person Teams –15 min AMRAP
200 m Run
Push Press (45#/33#)
Box Jumps (24/20)
One team member will run 200 m. In the time it takes for the runner to complete 200 m, the other members will do as many reps as possible for push press and box jumps. Rotate through for 15 minutes. Total push press and box jumps will determine each teams’ score.
