Our kids are about to get stronger and smarter.
We already know that our kids want to do CrossFit, just like their moms and dads. They enjoy hanging from the pull-up bars, mimicking our overhead squats and doing burpees like nobody’s business. As we move toward starting our CrossFit Kids classes, we are one step closer to making our kids smarter as well as stronger. We all know the physical benefits of exercise, however the cognitive benefits are equally as exciting. We will be looking to take advantage of all of the physiological benefits of exercise to help set our kids up for physical fitness and the potential for improved academic performance as a result.
CrossFit Kids starts at Kitsap CrossFit this Saturday, July 17 at 10:00.
