KCF News & Events

New Class Time – We have just added a new class to the schedule. It’s so fresh it’s not even on the schedule on the website yet, it will be soon though. The new offering is Friday at 10am. What better way to kick off your weekend than with a butt kicking workout.

Relay for Life – July 9th – 10th Kitsap CrossFit is joining forces with Swax Poulsbo to raise money for the American Cancer Society. We need team members (walkers), moolah (donations), and support crew (food and cheering). Please visit the Team Swax/Kitsap CrossFit site to sign up as a team member and/or donate to the cause. Once you have signed up as a team member be sure to sign up in the gym to reserve your time on the track.

Elite Sports Camp - Kitsap CrossFit will host a 6 week athlete development camp for athletes age 13-17. This camp is designed to take any athlete, regardless of sport, to the next level. The dates for the camp are July 5th through August 14th and registration is limited. More information on this exciting camp will be available very soon. Spread the word.

Kitsap CrossFit Kids – July will also see the launch of the Kitsap CrossFit Kids program. We are very excited to launch thisĀ  program as we feel it is a very needed outlet for the youth of Kitsap County. If you are looking for more information on the CrossFit Kids program, please check out their site to see what’s in store for KCF coming mid-July.

  • Cade – it was a helluva morning. Pretty crazy to see that many people going at it at once. It was a bit chaotic at times, but it was a good chaos. Hope the east coast is treating you well.
