I too did Monday’s killer workout with Dan….ugggghhhhhh! I finished 2 rounds and made it through the third row and wall balls. It was ugly.
Thanks Caroline but I just got back from Seattle so I just saw your message. I went and spent a restful few hours at the Frye Museum. I’ll be back in the box on Monday.
Okay, Monday’s impossible WOD is done…and yes I think it’s impossible. I got through 3 rounds + the rower and 22 wall balls on round 4. Not sure how much more I could squeak out of that one, but I’m willing to give it another try…not for a while though.
Scott, I hope so! I gotta get them in… i’m hoping to do interval running WODs at the box on Wed’s at either 10am or 5pm. We’ll coordinate before next Wed! I would benefit a lot from having a running partner. I’m also doing longer runs on Sunday mornings too.
Caroline- Crap if i had known sooner I would have joined you….is this gonna be a normal thing for you till Eugene?
Marla – Sorry it is still bothering you. I’m taking today off from CF but will be at the box at the normal 10am class to do a running WOD out back (gotta start forcing some runs seeing as how Eugene is creaping up on me). Come join me if that would feel better than the rowing! If not, hopefully I’ll see ya another day this week.
Rats! Unfortunately, I will have to sit this one out as the rib would not like it.
Derek and I did a similar WOD yesterday. Absolutely brutal! I got 21:50 using 8 400m distances. Good luck to all.
