		<description>Yay Emily!  You rock woman!  Tonight was the first time IN MY LIFE I have been able to run a mile without stopping.  I know this does not sound like a big thing, but for me it is HUGE!  I did the run in 10 minutes and am feeling I will actually be able to handle Eugene.  Great job tonight everyone.  Welcome Diver Tony.</description>
