  • 245# DL – went light but back felt pretty solid today. Good sign for things to come
    Substituted MetCon for 20 Jumping Squats, 10 Supermans, and 5 1/2BW Shoulder Presses due to equipment constraints at my office. 6 rounds

  • I matched Chris’ 245# DL, bot only completed 7 rounds. The HSPU’s totally fell apart after round 4. Tomorrow I will tackle Monday’s beast WOD as promised. Should go down at 11am if anybody wants to come watch/laugh.

  • DL @ 125# (2 reps at 135# but felt it in my back so I stopped), 5 rounds completed. Great WOD! I love the 6am class – great group his morning!
