Great WOD! I am so thrilled that I did all the pull-ups! Stronger than Yesterday! Next time I will be working on my time, but for now just really happy to kip my p/ups even when they drop to singles. Diver Tony, great to meet you...Welcome to your new CF home. Brandy, great to meet you too! Look forward to the occasions when our workouts overlap.

Thanks for the post on teaching children about food. Haven't had a chance to view yet, but am passionate about this topic!

BeachBody coach? I thought it was just DVD's. I think the most striking thing about P90X is that it is totally marketed, packaged and sold as an aesthetics program. Hell, even the website is beachbody.com. Do people get stronger doing P90X, sure, but it will be limited because it's all dumbbells and bodyweight stuff. I'm sure it helps people meet goals, but there is just way too much isolated, single-joint movement stuff going on there. It will be interesting to see what Mark Sisson comes out with. I like his thoughts on most things, but I don't think he is really hitting the mark on his criticism of CF. I do believe it is sustainable...remember the key term "Universal Scalability"!
