		<description>This is Alan. I scaled to 95# for this one and completed 6 rounds on the minute and 7 rounds to finish the 20 minutes. I can&#039;t wait for this cold to go away! Angela did 7 rounds on the minute at 42# and 8 rounds in the remainder. This was for sure a killer WOD!</description>

I only managed 5 rounds on the minute, but rebounded for a total of 14 rounds.  I think I quit 1 min early, but I was pretty delirous at that point.</description>
