Quality vs Quantity

Today’s WOD, CrossFit Total is an opportunity for you to discover just how far you have come along in the strength arena. We want to see some maximum efforts, but we do not want you to sacrifice your technique and form in the interest of adding a few pounds to your total. The risk does not outweigh the benefit. Trust me, I have been there and suffered 2 weeks of unnecessary back pain, just to add 5 lbs to my shoulder press lift.

I normally wouldn’t post a video of someone I didn’t know, but I want you to watch the following video and then post your thoughts. What problems do you see? What did he do well? Please refrain from making any personal comments, just comment on the lifts.
