Caroline-
I am sticking with Paleo too. I will take a cheat day this week to have a latte, tortilla chips and a gluten free ice cream sandwich. Then back to it I go! It feels like a lifestyle now:)

Caroline,
You need to have full fat dairy. Non-fat dairy not only tastes like crap, but the absence of fat contributes to increased rate of absorption of sugar into the blood. Some fat free dairy products have high fructose corn syrup added, yet another reson to avoid (e.g. fat free half and half). Organic is always good. But the ideal dairy would be just like the ideal beef, grass-fed. There are also a handful of folks who are paleo but will include raw dairy. So yes, I prefer the greek yogurt due to higher protein content. Avoid any yogurt that has added sugar or high fructose corn syrup. For your coffee when your ready, ask for full fat cream, settle for half and half only if they don't have the good stuff :)

Dan, I get all of that stuff... Seriously, I'm assuming you're talking sugar free yogurts (the greek yogurts?), milk, real cheese... does half and half qualify? I'm missing a little cream in my coffee! I've still got a while before I'll do dairy though... I'm going through Feb with Hal on the Paleo-bandwagon!
