The coaches at Oceanside CrossFit designed this WOD for our friend Catina, a middle-school principal, mother of 2, and bad-ass CrossFit athlete. Catina’s growth over the 18 months we worked out together was phenomenal. She came in a decent athlete and quickly became a top performer at OCF. Catina’s competitive spirit kept her on path to continued improvement. She knows how to show a barbell who the boss is! Hope you enjoy her WOD, should be a doozy!
