Kudos to you…
Without sounding too much like a broken record, we want to point out how excited and proud we are of the phenomenal efforts that are put out there on a day to day basis by all of you. The quality of people who have walked though our doors is truly amazing and we are grateful to have you all.
For those of you participating in the nutrition challenge this month – huge kudos. The dedication you have to this endeavor will definitely pay off. Keep up the good work. Keep sharing ideas and recipes. Ask questions when you have them. If anyone is ready to review their food log, just give us a holler. Like Dan posted yesterday, if you hit a rough point remember to stay the course as the physiological benefits of these next 30 days will be a tremedous jumping off point for the rest of your goals.

Nice work Scott. We’ll have to talk a bit more about Tabata Run pacing strategy. I’ll do a post on it.
Tabata run- 15% grade, made one 10mph, 8mph, 6mph, then held at 5.5 for the rest barely. Gonna hit WOD this evening
Finding Zone at work is almost impossible, however Paleo is no problem. I will do my best to keep to Zone as best as possible and hit Paleo 100%
