Outstanding job by everyone!!! That was a great WOD and I can’t wait to attempt it again next year:)
It took me a minute to figure out how to posted the donation. In the last name field type ‘CrossFit’ and first name ‘Kitsap’ or just scroll down the list. Kitsap is in the second column. From there it is pretty easy.
what today’s groups may have lacked in size, we surely made up for in effort and heart. Great job by everybody today. There was some serious intensity going on and lots of great positive energy. This was a great WOD, you can bet we will be seeing it again. Going to need to invest in some more bars, weights and dumbbells first, though.
By the way, we are at $110 donated to this great cause. Thank you very much for donating. If you haven’t yet donated but would still like to, the donation site is still open, just click the link in the post above.
Alan, you worked hard today and earned it! I have no idea how you do the 2 pood… X and Dan killed it too! I just couldn’t leave… had to stick around and see the boys through their WOD! So glad I did, you three are amazing.
Oh my goodness, this was killer! I had to scale down to 225# DL and 83# OHS, but I was able to do the 2 pood KB swings (a first for me). I found the 400m run after every round to be killer and had to really focus on my breathing and I finished in 31+ minutes. I just want to say thanks again to everyone helping me through this. This kind of teamwork and positive encouragement is why I joined Kitsap CrossFit. You all are amazing and everyone did an awesome job today. I’m looking forward to this rest day and will be ready to hit again Monday.
AWESOME WOD that I’m sure I will be feeling well into tomorrow. The squat cleans were a killer – I had to dig deep and remember why I was there doing them. I finished in 25+ minutes (can’t remember exact time). Brandi, great job with a lot of weight!!! You rocked it!
