Tonight's WOD was interesting. The snatch is one of those lifts I have always avoided. The most weight I put up tonight was 115(but sloppy). I was more compfortable with 95 while my form is still needing improvement. Thanks Dan and Amy for the great coaching.

Oh yeah, one more thing, then I'm done ranting about Eat This, Not That. Somewhere on his site he says that Macadamia nuts are low on the nutrition totem pole. I assume this is because they are loaded with that dreaded, evil F-word (fat). If this guy had any sense he would recognize that Macadamia nuts are second only to Walnuts when it comes to the Omega 3 to Omega 6 fat ratio. So, technically, they are the 2nd BEST nut.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that in our former life, Amy and I use to absolutely kill boxes of Reeses Peanut Butter Crunch Cereal. I mention this because it was listed in the link as the worst cereal. Seriously, a box of that cereal had a life expectancy of about 2 1/2 days in our house about 7 or 8 years ago. I can now count the number of bowls of cereal I have eaten in the last year on one hand, maybe even with a few fingers chopped off.
