		<description>This was a nasty little WOD.  I thought I might have a nice little face-to-face chat with Pukie going into rounds 2 and 3.  Really fell off the pace after the first round but hung in for 267 total reps.  Ouch, my forearms were SMOKED!!!

Nice work by everybody today.</description>

		<description>I love workouts like that and am a big fan of odd things. A friend of mine and I took a one mile walk for time each carrying a log that was 3/4 body weight. Fun times!</description>
