A note from your coach…

I just wanted to let you know what a great time I had putting you all through this WOD.  You all had fabulous energy and even when it seemed like it would never end, you never quit.  There were many contorted faces, quite a few grunts and groans, and of course – a lot of sweat!  I truly hope you are proud of what you accomplished last night.  I know I was proud.  Enjoy your 5K today.  Work your weakness for a few minutes after that if you get the chance.  Who doesn’t love a few extra burpees on a Saturday morning????  Maybe some inchworms for those of you with tight hammies…

Again, nice work.  Keep it up!!

  • My run turned into a brawl trying to get my little guy to stay in his stroller! Such a frustrating day….we stopped every block for one round and then returned HOME!!! I worked my patience weakness and then worked on some DU’s during naptime. Hoping for a chance to run tomorrow.

  • 26:50… slight uphill on the way out and downhill on the way back. Two larger hills on the route that left me sucking wind! WYW = 5 sets of 10 pushups (half on my feet; half on my knees). My hams and my a$$ are sore from last night! Good stuff!!!
