Front squat-275#
Back Squat- 355#
none of these are PR&#039;s :(, actually i went down on the front squat and back squat (20&amp;30# respectively) may have something to do with the gym i was in-no bumper plates, or just a bad day. the back squat was a match with my previous PR though so i can feel kinda good about that today.
plus i also took my PST today, and that has a way of sapping a guy...</description>
