Wild Animals Lurking About

You may have heard that a black bear was spotted near a Central Kitsap school yesterday. The above photo is evidence of a potentially more “dangerous” creature lurking about the neighborhoods. These are the telltale tracks of a CrossFitter. These “wild” animals come in all shapes and sizes. The beasts are known for their uncanny ability to lift large loads over long distances very quickly. They are mostly mild-mannered animals, but just the simplest of phrases can immediately transform them into firebreathing monsters hell bent on performing explosive movements and sprinting at breakneck speeds. Legend has it that the phrase is “3, 2, 1, Go!” If you happen to see one of these creatures, they’re easy to spot, usually wearing a CrossFit t-shirt and they have very rough hands, don’t be afraid. They’re actually quite nice, just don’t get between them and a barbell during a WOD.

  • i meant i went down on the OHS and front squat

  • OHS-225#
    Front squat-275#
    Back Squat- 355#
none of these are PR’s :( , actually i went down on the front squat and back squat (20&30# respectively) may have something to do with the gym i was in-no bumper plates, or just a bad day. the back squat was a match with my previous PR though so i can feel kinda good about that today.
plus i also took my PST today, and that has a way of sapping a guy…
