WOD: KB Snatch & OHS
Skill work: Single Arm KB Swings and progress to KB Snatch
then: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
KB Snatch
Overhead Squat
(1.5pood/1pood)
Perform 5 KB snatches with right arm, followed by 5 KB Overhead squats with same arm and KB. Then perform 5 KB snatches with left arm followed by 5 KB OHS with same arm and KB. Continue on down to 1 and 1.

Just did the KB Snatch/OHS WOD over my lunch – 3:16 Rx’d. Short but sweet. This WOD can definitely be ramped up a bit. I’ll make a note of it for next time.
