Also, here is another site we like. Dr. Michael Eades, author of Protein Power, has a great blog about health and nutrition. A recent post about low-carb diets is a bit thick, but worthy of your time. He also had a recent appearance on the O’Reilly Factor which was a decent account of (once again) the role of the government and the current state of obesity in the US. He even takes on Oprah, which again is a eye-opening post. Peruse his site for some rest day reading.
