		<description>Helen-o-Ween was a frightful experience.  What a grinder!  I was so totally impressed with everybody&#039;s effort today.  I&#039;ll be honest, I may have posted about how important sleep was, but unfortunately, I wasn&#039;t able to capitolize on my own recommendation.  It wasn&#039;t for a lack of effort though.  Really looking forward to the extra hour tonight.

Anyway, I managed 19 rounds.  What a beautiful day!

Special shout outs to Caroline for ripping through at a solid steady pace.  Also to Brandi for going Rx, sweet looking pull-ups, Lady.  Finally to Richard who decided to shoot right past the 20 minute limit we were going to hold him to and drive right on to 30 minutes.  Solid work!!!</description>
