WOD: SDHP/Whip-up Ladder

On the minute for 20 minutes perform:
1 Sumo Deadlift High Pull the first minute (75#men/55#ladies)
2 Whip-ups the second minute
3 SDHP the third minute
4 Whip-ups the 4th minute…
Continue this pattern until you are not able to complete the required number of reps.

What’s a whip-up? Think burpee without the push-up.

So, last night we worked some snatches.  Everybody did very, very well by the way.  This is the first class to hit this lift at Kitsap CrossFit and it went surprisingly well for such a complicated lift.  Very proud of the effort put out by everybody on the WOD.  Now that you have an idea of how demanding this lift can be, watch this video of CF legend Josh Everett hitting a little WOD known as “Isabel”.   • Completed 18 rounds….so close to 19! Great WOD today, but now I must rest:)

  • Completed all 20 rounds as Rx’d. In the County Fair Tractor Pull circuit that’s what you would call a “Full Pull”.
