Snatch
3-3-3-3-3

500m Row Time Trial

Proof that it’s not always about pain and suffering at Kitsap CrossFit. On occasion we have a little fun before the pain and suffering.

 …and now for something that’s actually helpful.

Here’s a great video of Coach Burgener talking about the 3 pulls of the snatch.

A couple of weeks ago we watched CrossFit Badass Josh Everett absolutely kill “Isabelle” in just over 1 minute.  Now for something completely ridiculous, check out David Lipson crushing Josh E’s time.

  • Really enjoyed working on my snatch tonight, but really excited that I finally figured out how to do a kipping pull-up!! After seeing the WOD for tomorrow, it looks like I figured it out in out just in time:)
