WOD:

Bodyweight Deadlifts – :30 on/:30 rest x 4 min
Tabata Box Jumps (24″/20″)- :20 on/:10 rest x 4 min
KB Swings (1.5pood/1pood) AMRAP in 4 min

Score = total number of DL + lowest Box Jump # + Total KB Swings

I found this credo on Coach Burgener’s site and thought that it spoke volumes.  No further commentary needed from me.  Feel free to post your thoughts to our comments, however.
