Saturday’s Fight Gone Bad IV fundraiser was a smashing success for the CrossFit community. In total, 420 affiliates participated in the fundraiser and collectively they raised $1,014,873 for the Wounded Warrior Project and Athletes for a Cure. Pictured above are two of the top 5 fundraising affiliates. CrossFit Culver City and CrossFit Los Angeles raised a combined total of more than $80,000. CrossFit Culver City was the overall top fundraising affiliate, amassing a grand total exceeding $52,000. This just so happens to be the affiliate where our dear sister, Mindi, trains. Bravo, way to go Mindi and the rest of the gang at CrossFit Culver City.
Due to the timing of our opening, we were unfortunately not able to get officially involved in the fundraising efforts. We will, however, do our part next year to raise as much money as we can for these two very worthy causes. Once again, we’d like to say thank you to everybody who came out to our Open House/FGB IV event. We look forward to seeing you around the gym again very soon.

Tony – those are solid numbers. I don’t look at that middle number as an anomaly. If it were a 3 or a 4, then maybe. Who knows, may have been just a minor lapse in focus or maybe you didn’t take as much rest after the round of 7. Don’t know, wasn’t there, but it looks like a solid effort to me. Keep it up and keep us posted.
Oh yeah, I squeaked out 6, 5, 5, 5, 4.
as Rx’d 6,7,5,7,6
Dan, what is up with that anomaly in the middle there? are these good numbers?
