(These are intended to be maximum effort rows, however we are also looking for consistency. A penalty will be levied if your calorie count varies by more than 3 calories between rounds.)

How did your journey start?

For us, it started with a free workout at Oceanside CrossFit in November 2007. It was just the beginning of the transformation of our thinking about fitness and nutrition, the change in our body composition and the surge in our athletic performance. It was also the beginning of many treasured friendships continued today.
